Group Registration

Student groups of 10 or more are eligible for our special group rates of $30 per person for the Full Conference Package.

For individual registration, please see our individual rates.

The primary group contact should fill out the contact information below, as well as list the names of each group member.

If you have already registered for the Conference as a group, you may still add additional members to your group. Please e-mail harvardapaconference@gmail.com with the subject heading: [APA Conference] Group Registration Addition. In the body of the e-mail, please include:

  1. Your Affiliation / School (as entered during group registration)
  2. Name of the Primary Group Contact
  3. Names of the additional members of the group
  4. Any additional special or dietary needs

Package Information

The Full Conference Package includes:

Payment Information

Credit cards are preferred. Please make credit card payments through PayPal after submitting your registration. 

Checks payable to Harvard Law School APALSA will also be accepted, but must be received by Thursday, February 19. Please mail checks to:

Cash or checks will be accepted on the day of the conference (NO credit cards). All registrants who pay on the day of the conference will be charged the on-site registration fee.

Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued if we are notified by Thursday, February 19 that you do not plan to attend the conference. No refunds will be issued if we are notified after that date. Please contact harvardapaconference@gmail.com if you wish to seek a refund.

Conference Resume Book

We will assemble a resume book to be distributed to all sponsoring firms. To submit your resume, please e-mail it to harvardapaconference@gmail.com with the subject heading: [APA Conference] Resume Submission. The deadline for resume submissions is Thursday, February 19.
